November’s Round-up

  • December 1, 2017

How are we nearly at Christmas already?! Can’t quite believe I’m doing November’s round-up, only one more left this year!

November was quite a quiet month for us, with the expense and madness of Christmas on the way we had some quiet weekends.

November obviously started off with Guy Fawkes night and we went to a pub near the New Forest as we have done for the last few years. They have a BBQ, live music and of course a great fireworks display.

The weather was a bit off and on so we had a few weekends indoors, mainly spent colouring, watching films and playing games.

One sunny Sunday afternoon we managed to get some fresh air and took a walk down at Hengistbury Head. It was freezing but nice to get out and about. It’s one of my favourite places to take photos, with this scenery you can’t go wrong!

Little H has been doing well at school, she got a Golden Certificate at school for her spelling and has come on with her swimming so well. On the way home from swimming lessons one evening we spotted this amazing sunset as we drove past the beach and just had to take a photo!

Little H has also discovered Pokemon Go – a bit late to the party I know! So we’ve had to go out to hunt Pokemon. Last weekend we went to the park, caught some and then had a walk around the lake and a play in the park.

And that was about it for November. We have loads planned for December so I look forward to telling you all about that over the next few weeks.
